OK, the title of this page should be “Recommended Reading”, but that’s too long for the navigation bar. Thus we have “Recs”.
This is an index of all my recommendation posts. To appear on this blog, three conditions have to be met:
- Excellence. A place to go to find something you’ll really want to read, carefully chosen for quality and presented in a way that’s easily accessible.
- Author Magnet. The condition above implies a great editor, but ideally, the place should draw in good authors through fair treatment, inclusivity, and community engagement.
- Strong Anti-AI policy. This is something I don’t compromise on. Get out of here with that stuff.
Also, I do like publications that surprise me (in a good way) or leave me with a story so memorable I can describe the entire plot months later. Tough goal, but these are the places that made it happen. (NOTE: work in progress. The list will grow with time).
